In responce to Renee K Our company has a 24-hour toll free number and water damage service, however carpet cleaning is scheduled between business hours. We were more then willing to send a technician back to the customer’s home in order to assess any damage claimed to be done by our services and repair any part of the service she was not satisfied with, however we were not given a chance to act on our satisfaction guarantee, which has been proven by sixteen years of experience in the field, because the check was cancelled prematurely. Unfortunately because the check was cancelled she has not only stopped the steps put in place to insure satisfaction but she also made it so she is no longer viewed as a paying customer meaning she will not be able to take legal action if it were necessary. Our company’s main goal is customer satisfaction, our company vision is founded upon it and our technicians undergo extensive training in the technical and customer service aspects of the field. We are sorry if she is not satisfied with the quality of work done since every customer is important to us, however we have exhausted all avenues available to us and she has halted any attempt made by the technician or managerial staff to act upon our satisfaction guarantee.
