I have had nothing but the run around from this business. I dropped off a transmission with some cash for parts for a rebuild in November of 2010 and have yet to receive it back. The shop has since closed the doors and is now working as a mobile service shop. I cannot seem to get the transmission back, finished or not. Big John, the owner, is a sweet guy, but does not work very fast and will ask for an unconventional payment up front. If I had to do it over I would not use this company.
