Before I tell my story, let me try to explain why Claims Adjustment Technology has been allowed to do this to military members for years. So the military contracts the TSP (moving company) who then hires the packers, moving trucks, warehouses, etc. The TSPs then hire Claims Adjustment Technology to handle the claims process. Claims Adjustment Technology is not actually contracted by the government. In order to put them out of business, we need to file complaints with the Army Surface Deployment and Distribution Command requesting they suspend all TSPs who utilize Claims Adjustment Technology for their claims adjuster. Here are the email addresses to send them a complaint. The more complaints they get, the more likely they will be to do something about this company. We can't continue to let this company do this to us military members. We don't ask to have the moving company destroy our household goods and we don't make a fortune...this is costing us money out of our pocket due to the negligence of others.

Also, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!!!
My Story: I just moved from the UK back to the states and when my crates arrived, all of them except for one had water and mold damage. The TSP that was contracted to move my household goods was A & P Moving...do not use them...if DPS assigns them as your TSP...change it immediately and request a different TSP. I was contacted by the owner of Claims Adjustment Technology (Linda) and was authorized to replace some of the major important pieces of furniture as they could not deliver this molded furniture in my home. She instructed me to purchase it on my credit card and send her the amount and she would immediately have the TSP send me a check. Well that was 17 Dec 2015, its been over a month and I still have not received reimbursement. The cost to replace the furniture was $7000 and CAT did offer me $3250 on 4 Jan 2016 because they claimed my living room set was vinyl and my bedroom suite was cheap quality. This was absolutely incorrect, my living room furniture is a leather set from Ashley (Cinemark) and my bedroom suite was a Kathy Ireland branded set called Mission Hills; none of my furniture was cheap. I sent them research on my furniture which clearly showed the retail prices and they have not responded to my half a dozen emails. I have had to get the Military Claims Office involved, but even then, they have not answered some of their emails either. As of today, 25 Jan 2016, they still have the majority of my household goods attempting to clean the mold.
My Complaints:
1. This company will not accept phone calls; all communication is done via email...but they don't answer your emails in a timely fashion...if they answer them at all.
2. They inaccurately assessed my furniture value/worth and sent an insulting email telling me I had cheap quality furniture and did not deserve and "upgrade" replacement.
3. They offer an outrageously low settlement; the more money they save the TSP, the more business they get and the more money they make!
4. They make promises they don't intend to keep even when there is proof (email traffic).
And I am only giving this one star because I have to in order to post this complaint...if it was possible, I would give them zero stars.
