Great Experience With ClaimTek

My name is Michael Cohen (company is MC Healthcare Management) and I made a terrific decision in becoming a ClaimTek licensee 10 weeks ago. Everything has been very positive, nothing I can say has been anything but that. Everyone that I have interacted with has been extremely helpful, both proactively and whenever I have had any questions. The training has been tremendously helpful, starting with MedOffice and DentOffice and more recently, Marketing/Sales and GoToMarket Strategy. Brian has been outstanding to communicate with both before and after getting started, but I can definitely also say the same about Nizar, Jennifer, and Tamra with training and Raji with Technical Support on my website as well as some other things. I haven't gotten to the point of continuous training and support as of yet, but I will soon enough. I have heard sensational things about Sarah's role in that regard, so I am looking forward to her being an excellent help to me as well.
