On May 4th, 2009 I called to get an estimate on a job with a very pleasant secretary. When the estimator called me back it was very rude and curt. I asked his first and last name and his immediate response was, "what is this? an interview? Look, we have been in business for 35 years...." at which point I cut him off and said that I no longer needed his service.
Not a lot to base a review on, but enough that I won't start a business relationship with them. They need my money, I don't need them.
