I work for a large company and we provide a nice monetary account for Cintas. Cintas has consistently shorted me numerous times, regarding the number of uniforms. I have talked to the local Cintas representative with very little results. My superiors have threatened to give me days off, without pay. This has not happened yet but it can become a reality. This has been a problem with other uniform companies in the past so it's nothing new. This time it is different because I am required to wear fire retardant clothing. My hands are tied because I don't have the power to get rid of Cintas and find a new supplier. Those decisions are made by a higher source. If I had my way I would get rid of Cintas altogether. I'm getting weary of having to explain to my employer the fact that I don't have enough uniforms by the end of my work week.
