This contractor has taken over one a one-half years on a project that was quoted as taking 6-8 weeks. The job is still not complete, and the permit process is in limbo as the contractor did not acquire timely inspections with the City . Over the past year a a half of state and stop work, the contractor and crew would abandon the job site for weeks at a time. We have lost much time regarding use of our property, and the job was constantly in need of correction as defects in construction required owner vigilance to insure that the job was done right. The contractor was always cutting corners on material and workmanship. If you have no time limit for job completion, and are willing to watch over every aspect of their work, then you may find this contractor acceptable.
