We received highly unprofessional service from this company. The service that was promised to be rendered was on the grounds of dishonesty. I was kept in the dark about the actual price of the move until the last minute when the movers were in my home and they were extremely impolite and discourteous. They also arrived 4 hours late and never bothered to call us to let us know what was going on. The actual quoted full packing price was 325$. On the day of the move, the movers brought in a list of our items and told us that the only items they would be able to pack with 325$ were four cartons and two wardrobe boxes and the rest of the items would be charged according to the list they had and we would have to pay extra for that (some 1000-1200$ more). I was not aware of this when the deal was finalized for the move and remained an un uninformed customer. My calls were also not returned to resolve this matter. I kept calling Brian to see what was going on the day of the move, but my calls were never returned. I was not able to move due to this chaos. I emailed them and left messages, but my inquiries were never returned. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Please save yourself trouble and do not conduct business with this company.
