I had the worst experience with this company. They lie about your delivery date, don't return phone calls, and are completely rude. I waited 2 weeks for my things and they promised me 5 days. Chase then uses some other moving company based in Chicago, where they are awful to talk to and can never give you a delivery time, so you sit at home with no furniture wondering where you're things are. When my things did arrive, my dishes were broken, pictures were broken, my dressers were chipped, and all over my boxes looked like they had been tossed around 100 times. I don't recommend them to ANYONE.
