They are often very pleasant and nice to talk to upon offering you a quote and may even offer you a good price and claim it to be a binding contract. In fact, it is not a binding contract and they often will charge you hundreds of extra dollars on moving day that you must pay because of their lack of responsibility to provide the movers with the most recent itemized list. They will most likely outsource your move to a moving company called Chicago Moving Systems and they are rude and will often lie to you about the delivery of your goods to get you off the phone. This company also showed up over 6 hours late on the day of the pickup with no phone call or means of getting a hold of anyone at the company. Chase Relocation also failed to provide me with a movers Rights and Responsibilities pamphlet which is in violation of a federal regulation. They also never return your phone calls once they have your stuff on a truck and will use caller id to avoid taking your phone calls. Overall, my experience with this company was truly unpleasant and has been completely frustrating and stressful to deal with. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
