This finance company has the worst customer service in existence. Beware, the reps in this company use threats, harassment and disrespect the customer when a payment has not been made on or before the due date. Please notice that I mean a payment. Just for the fact that this company serves customers that have current credit challenges, they will completely bully the customer. I just had this experienced with one of their best employee, Gabby. I was not able to make my February payment on the due date, but let the finance company know that I was going to make my payment the following week (exactly 7day later). Gabby returned my call immediately demanding me to send her my payment right away because she would not wait for 7 more days. The conversation did not go well. She made demands, became disrespectful and threatened to repo my car. I stopped the conversation with her immediately because I will not let her or anyone from this company treat me this way. I let her know that I know my rights as a consumer, and one of them is to not be harassed or threaten by any financial institution, collectors or marketers. If you have experienced this please don't hesitate to file a complaint with the "Federal Trade Commission". This federal agency is here to protect the consumer form these types of acts.
