My husband and I bought a car that was financed by Challenge Financial and I just want to say that I want to thank Bertha Rodriguez for being there to help me all the way. I will be making my last payment this coming up month and If it wasn't for her I don't think that I would have my car back due to the fact that someone from the company had put an order for rep o due to late fees. My car got picked up at 3am on a Wednesday and I couldn't do much about it but let them take the car until I talked to her and make arrangements. I had to pay all the fees and on top of that My amp and woofer was stolen from my car. Of course the company said they weren't responsible for the theft. I have dealt with several employees from Challenge and no one like Bertha, she's respectful and understand when there's issues going on that come in between of making payments sometimes especially during these economic struggles we are going through, unlike employees from there that threaten and call constantly even to our own jobs that can sometimes get us in trouble. Thank you Bertha for everything that you did for me and my husband and allowing us to always allowed us to come through with the payments so that our car wasn't taken from us one more time.
Last but not least I think that some of the employees from Challenge should learn a little respect and get some pointers from Bertha on how to treat customers. Just think about how you would like to be treated. Thank you.
