CERTIFIED RELOCATIONS , DISASTER !

Worst mistake we could have made by contracting "certified relocation's" for our long distance move . Antique marble triple dresser top SHATTERED , antique bowl arrived in PEICES, glass table top -SHATTERED, precious statue ,one of a kind - MISSING ! Driver
showed up days after we were promised and then on designated day ,,6 hours late, no communication about delivery time and day , had to continually call with no answers ...VERY STRESSFUL , this company made a stressful move into a nightmare ! They could care
less that your belongings were destroyed , no return phone calls,terrible customer service , was heartbroken about our belongings and certified relocations clearly couldn't care less, very accommodating before you contract them! They just indicate "file a
claim with the insurers " anthem" after filing claim , which required tons of before and after photos , paper work , estimates on each item from multiple sources, still no communication , and no effort to find missing item we were offered $186 on a claim that
totaled approx $3000. . The estimate was low but wish we would have paid a reputable company more to have our belongings safe .. Run away from certified relocations You get what you pay for !
