Although it was difficult to reach you via phone initially, your website was most helpful. We reached out via email to get a call back and Michael called us on two occasions. The first ease by fiancee's fears of buying a several thousand dollar purchase without seeing the item over the internet. The second to go over our final selection in a engagement ring. His descriptions and advise were spot on regarding a diamond selection. The ring arrived and its what I hope and invisioned after months of shopping, at a huge savings from local retailer!! The only thing that I would mention is the solitaire band is quite thin and this was a concern. It is wonderfully comfortable however. I type this as my diamond (1.6 Carats) sparkles and flashes, exactly what I wanted simple beauty.
