I too am having the same problems with this company. They are full of it!!! I never received the merchandise and I'm still being billed for it. I was told no refunds no matter what the situation. I have voiced my concerns to my credit card company and they are currently investigating this for me. But from what I read from the previous reviewer it looks like the credit card company won't be able to help either. I called an cancelled any further shipments from this company on 10/6/09 and they where sending me a email to confirm but as of 10/21/09 no email. I called several times and was told that the system was down. My only other option is to cancel my credit card and get a new number so that they can't charge me for any further shipments.
