I enjoyed the convenience of the credit card processing. However, I was NOT impressed with the lack of information on the website after I logged in. Very sketchy. But my ONLY reason for canceling my account with them was the lack of professionalism on the part of Randy. I had absolutely NO intention of ending my business relationship with Cell Charge, but when Randy called my home, her rude and callous behavior left me no choice. I did not ask her to call me...she did that on her own, and her reason was to basically say, "Hey! I'm right and you're wrong!" Here's what happened: I was running low on CC slips and attempted to place an order online. I didn't get any confirmation that the order went through because the information on the screen didn't change. So, I called and made the order over the phone with Randy. She asked what size slips and how many. Then she called out my business address and asked if I wanted it sent there. I said yes, that would be fine. After a week and no slips, I called to check on the status. She looked up the order and said that the slips were sent to my home address. I laughed and said "Oh! No wonder! I was expecting them at my business address. Thank you so much for clearing that up." Then for whatever reason her tone changes and she says, "Well they went to your home address because that's what you told us." I paused, then told her ok that's fine, but I didn't instruct them to be sent to my home. I thanked her again anyway, told her to have a good day and ended the call. All I cared about was that I knew what happened to my CC slips. About 10min later, she calls back and says, "Yeah I was looking at your account and you did NOT tell us to send them to your business. You ordered online and told us to send them to your home. So I just wanted to let you know that you didn't tell us that and that I'm not cuckoo!" Ummm...WHAT?! So I said, "No. The order didn't appear to go through...and before I could finish she smarts off and says, "Oh well I guess somebody else placed this order for you, huh." At this point I'm in shock. Yeah I TRIED to order online but it didn't appear to go through on that poorly designed website. That's why I called and made the order over the phone with Randy. But whatever the case, what on earth made her think it was okay to call me and say that?! All I could say was, "Wow!" and requested that she fax me a cancellation form immediately. What a shame.
