I do not recommend this business or service. The owner rushed and performed scant onsite inspection. I had to ask him to check out multiple areas. I got the impression he was trying to avoid catching site should there be return of drywood termites from their last treatment. He also misrepresented and over-exaggerated their level of efforts, labor, and time to jack up rates. Many customers might probably not be aware if they're not at premise or onsite to fully monitor and evidence. He also did not make corrections on errors in their billing nor provide the customer requested itemized charges per materials/labor/time.
