I mistakenly sent out my jewelry before looking this company up. After reading the reviews and my experience with this company they are a fraud. I emailed them 10 days after sending in my envelope to get a confirmation of receiving my envelope and they responded days later saying they gave it a few extra days and still have not received it and would send me a claim for it in a few days. That was 3 weeks ago..still have not received anything..lesson learned I suppose just stinks that in these days where people are struggling and doing what they can to make ends meet, you come across scammers like this that take advantage of people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!!
