Do NOT send your jewellery to this company. I received the same response about them not receiving my jewellery. I kept emailing and 'Jonathon" kept telling me they did not get it and he was putting it through to their claims dept. I received the 'claim form" but emailed them to let them know the $100 was unacceptable. I got my emails returned as undeliverable. So I called, left a voice mail and never got a phone call. So I emailed Jonathon and have never heard from him.
I only used them because I read about them in Consumer Reports Magazine. Should have checked them out further.

I will persue this. They can keep the $100...
