I am so sorry I didn't check this company out before sending my brother's jewelry. My brother passed away and we have had many expenses. We came across a pouch of chains, bracelets and pendants. I thought we could use the money to keep things going. I saw the advertisement on TV and even looked at their web site. I ordered a envelope and before sending it I had it weighed and it weighed 4.7 oz. I mailed it on January 7th. By January 20th I was still receiving a message when I tried to track my package with them. "It has not been delivered yet" When contacting them, Jonathan V. was quick to respond to my email with the same statement that I have seen many of you write. "We have not received your package, I will send you out an insurance claim." OMG... I thought I would die! I wonder if they have a dishonest employee who pockets the heavy packages? It is really sad so many people are being taken by this company. I can't even imagine how they are maintaining a C- grade. Should be a D- or E. Don't send your gold to them!!! It drops in a black whole!!
