DO NOT send any of your jewellery to this people, they are definitely scam artists. I mailed a envelop full of jewellery to them on January 6th, called the 800 number on the 25th and they tells me that they never received the package, I personally went to the post office and mailed this package. I asked to speak to someone in a supervisory position and was told that there was none. I was told that my situation would be reported the insurance company and would receive a claim form to fill out that is yet to come. Again I say to you DO NOT TRUST these people with your precious jewellery, you will never see it or any monies ever.
