I purchased my daughters vehicle less than 2 weeks ago . We purchased this vehicle with the full extended warranty. The Window on the vehicle was defective and when I rolled it down, it would not come back up. I had to pull the window up. When I pulled the window up, the window fell in the door and shattered. I called the company on Friday 7/11 and they told me to come to their lot on Monday 7/14 and they would fix my car. When I went, they tried to charge me to fix the defective window. I spoke with the previous owner who informed me the window was in fact defective before I purchased this vehicle. The staff (two men who claimed they were the owners- ones name was Jobe) were EXTREMELY nasty with me. He told me the warranty did not cover the window of my new car. Prior to purchasing this car, I was told there was nothing wrong with this vehicle (in addition to the window, it is now making a noise). They told me they were not going to fix my car, and to get inside my car and get off his lot before he called the police. He told me he was not going to fix "nothing" at all. He also said to me that his car worked just fine, and mine was the one with the problem (mind you, I have not had this car for 2 wks). These men were shouting at me and very intimidating. Not only does the car have minor issues (that we know of so far) after only a week and a half of it's purchase, but the staff is horrible. He spoke to my 17 year old daughter and I in a way that no business should. This is my review and my experience with this company. No matter how good the deal SEEMS , it really is too good to be true. Their service is awful. The BBB even gives them an F.
