I was at this salon for 5 hours, getting highlights. 5 hours! After that amount of time, I had no haircut or blow out, since the stylist moved on to another client. They left dye along the side of my face and the back of my head, along with a glob of conditioner in the middle of my hair. I was so dissatisfied with the service, and the amount of time I was there, I asked for a refund. They kept trying to have me see another stylist, when I was adamant about not wanting to spend ANY MORE TIME THERE. I still did not receive a refund.
