As I am reading a lot of these reviews on Carmax in Burbank, they are awful and horrible. I see that I am not the only one! I wonder if we can and want to do a class action lawsuit?? I bought a lexus rx350 from Carmax in late June, this is not my 1st lexus. But it was my 1st time buying a car through them. Within the forst 3 days I had to replace all wipers (eventhough they do a 125 point inspection). I have also had t replace 2 coils and now I am having an electrical issue which I need to replace. I did not buy an extended warranty at the time of purchase because their sales rep told me to go to my bank and buy the warranty there bcs its cheaper at my bank. But then as I called my bank the next day, my bank informed me they only sell warranties to the car they finance, which my car was not financed through my bank. It was financed through Carmax. I have called Carmax several times, gone down there. No one has attempted to call me back. I am ready to go down and scream don't buy cars here! It is a joke! But I have already done that once and amnot ready to d it again. Maybe some of us unhappy customers can get together to sue them?? It's a though?? please let me know!
