I bought a car from here at this exact Carmax everything went good as far as finance process and sales persons customer service knowledge. But the car they sold me since I have bought it is a lemon. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty on this vehicle it has has repairs totaling over $10,000 within the first year almost enough to buy another car! I tried to schedule a face to face meeting with the general manager and received no response. I would recommend if you do buy a vehicle from here take it to the dealer and have them perform a through inspection within the allotted time frame to return the car to make sure the car is not a lemon!
