We have been working with Capitola Pump since 2002. Since we live here in the Santa Cruz Mountains (Boulder Creek), it is critical to have a company that we can rely on for our well related problems.
We have called them when we have had no water in our house and they respond immediately. One time when we had a water shortage, no one could resolve or address the issue satisfactorily. When we called Capitola, Tom realized that we needed an acid wash and the problem was resolved immediately. Charlie is always available for questions and addresses our concerns quickly.
We are extremely pleased with this company and would not consider anyone else,
