I am writing this letter to explain my unfortunate experience with Capital loan modification company, located in Miami, FL. I was contacted by Michael M. and offered help with my loan modification. During our conversation on the phone he told me what kind of services they provide and the prices for they services. He assured me that the company does not charge customers up front and will do everything to meet my needs. I sent my paper work and was waiting for Mark to contact me. On Monday (06/28/2010) he left me a massage on my phone that I was pre approved for a loan modification and he is going to charge my credit card. I called him back and ask him several questions, like how I can see the pre-approved in writing, how much they are going to reduce my payment? He told me that he dos not have all this information, but probably around $300.00 a month. However much they will reduce the payment is what I got. I tried to explain to him that if the payment will be reduced for such small amount that it is not worth it for me to pay his company $1900.00 and asked him to try to do everything possible to negotiate with my lender to bring the reduction down. He started screaming at me, was very rude, and was telling me that only in the movies the people get what they want and in my case it's " as good is as gets". In our previous conversation he told me that his company would be able to negotiate with my lender until I will be satisfy and only after this he will get payment from my account. His manner was completely unprofessional and rood. I told him that I am not paying up front for the work that he does not want to do. He told me too late and hung up on me. I decide stop working with this person and put the payment on hold.
Nobody in my life was so rood to me and talk to me like him. This person is a liar. He dos not keep his word. Please review his business practice so other people will not be effected in the way that I was. PLEASE!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
