There was a Class Action Lawsuit filed against Capital Holdings Inc., Edith Abuda Sison, and five members of the Sison Family for Phony Land Sale Contracts, Intentional misrepresentation, fraud concealment, constructive violation of state codes and fraudulent transfers.
