I was quite satisfied with the fine service your office had provided, but recently had a horrid experience when I walked in for an emergency visit, rather than receiving the proper attention, I was received with a negative and unprofessional attitude by the office manager. When your put in a management position it is because you are capable and responsible enough to maintain a positive attitude and find solutions to patient's problems and not turn them away stating "if you dont like the service you can go somewhere else" when just two days ago I paid for services that left severe pain. I was very fortunate to have the office Dentist (dentist Slaven)nearby assisting another patient and overhearing our discussion asked what the problem was and quickly provided a solution. This office can easily loose business and customers with an office manager like the one they have.
