When I go to a dental office I do not want the used car salesmen attitude that goes on in this office. They have tried to charge us several times more money than our dental plan authorizes. Every time I go there they try an up sale on services. I am changing groups as I cannot deal with the poor attitude of most of the office staff. They have one gem there and I am so sorry I do not know her name but she calls to remind you of your appt. The rest of the staff can take a lesson from her. My son had his teeth cleaned there before braces were placed on his teeth and had, had regular cleaning from them. The brackets kept coming off, one he was totally responsible for, he is 18, the others they blamed on teeth that weren't cleaned well. The cleaning was 5 days prior to the braces going on by their office! I would not recommend this office and unless you have a bottomless wallet, and like rude, high pressure sales and treatment. There are many great dentist in SCV avoid this one.
