My friend in Malaysia bought over $500 of essential oils from this company to be sent to my residence in the US. Along with other orders they would be consolidated and FedEx to Malaysia so as to get a cheaper shipping rate. This company did not put the invoice, MSDS and CofA INSIDE the box as required by FedEx for domestic shipment. She knew we need the documents for international shipping. According to Vivian, our email correspondent (you can only leave a message if you call--red flag) she "attached" the documents on the outside of the box (as required for international shipping). I pointed out that this is a domestic shipment and should be on the inside.So she should sent us the missing documents. Instead she wanted to charge my friend $16 for printing plus mailing cost of around $5. She insisted that FedEx is responsible for the missing documents, and that we should pursue them to reimburse us for the $16 plus mailing cost. When my friend first asked her about the missing MSDS and CofA, she said they were attached along with the invoice on the outside, but after much back and forth correspondence, she now said she told my friend she does not send the MSDS and CofA unless my friend proves that he is running a business. Perhaps she is thinking of charging him additional printing cost. Now she refused to send me the documents and refused to correspond with me after I pointed out her mistake. I'm awaiting BBB's reply. The sad thing is that my friend thought he would get better quality and service with an American company. I give this company zero star.
