Thank you for your research. Kindly note, however, that my DRE record was erroneous. I have since had DRE correct their mistake, and if you were to search again, you would see my license is in good standing. We are experiencing similar problem with our LLC. At one point, our CPA did not do our taxes correctly. Although he has made corrections and submitted proofs to the Franchise Tax, they are not updating our records as quested. We have made attempts to get our records straightened out. Incidentally, we have a valid business license and do not have to be incorporated to conduct business in LA. I also do not put much faith in this website. I’d called BBB to inquire why our company’s rating was lower than some others even though they have received more disparaging remarks/more complaints than we have. I was told the rating was based on the length of time in business and also on whether we’re a member of their organization. …And I quote, “BBB is pay for play”. I am sure if I am willing to pay the $800/year membership fee, none of these remarks would ever see the light of day! …One last thing, we have no record of doing business with you (based on your “initials”), and frankly cannot be certain that this not a competitor putting a blemish on our firm, or a “slumlord” client whom we’ve fired for his shady business practice. Anyone with a first grade education and a computer can put anything they want on this site. If you’re a real client, please reveal your identity. Thank you so much!
