I ordered a battery from callcellular on September 11th. The battery came 3 weeks later. I had no word from them on backorder. When the battery finally came it looked identical to my existing battery but would not take a charge. I tried to contact them to get a return material authorization and they have not responded. It's been over 3 days. The battery was half the price of HP's official site, so....
I guess the old saying is true.
"You get what you pay for"

I'll take my $69.48 charge as a life lesson.
