CS Financial and Mark Cohen are not trustworthy

My wife and I negotiated a mortgage with Mark Cohen and furnished all required papers to his office. After that, Cohen ceased almost all communication with us. We also discovered that while he claimed to be a member of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, he was not.
We filed a formal complaint with the California State Department of Real Estate which took over a year to investigate. I just learned that they have determined that while his behavior was unprofessional and unethical, it did not rise to the level where the Department believed they could file charges. However, they did take action about his fraudulent claim to be a member of CAMP and that has been resolved.
I would like to warn others not to deal with this unprofessional broker and brokerage firm.
