I was amazed when I gave them the gold I didn't use or was broken and got top dollar for it. They were courteous, pleasant, professional and accurate. They have this great system to do business via Internet, wherein I was able to view the whole process online from my home. I recommended them to my family and friends and have gotten awesome feedback for my recommendation. I just received a thank you check for referring someone to them.
