One of my doctors' offices uses this firm. I love my doctor's office staff, but this contractor has repeatedly sent me wrong billing notices, notices for unpaid bills when they have been paid, and has even neglected to send me a bill, only to send a threat of collections when I called THEM to notify them that they had not yet billed me for services 6 months prior. If I could give them a negative rating, I'd give them minus 2 stars.
