It’s been over a month and I have not receive any notification, no status update, no tracking number with regards to my order. First, the delivery was messed up as they forgot the Apt. # on the shipping lable. Second, the prints were all crumpled up and the face on the headshot was all red. Third, ever since this was shipped back to them, I was told multiple times by Mr. Dave Villar that this has been shipped back to me, but no tracking number was ever provided to me. Meanwhile, a certain “Tom” of shipping said that the shipping department never received the prints, thus no tracking number can be provided. I kept on receiving the old “We will call you back right away” routine, but no one ever called me back. I had to chase these guys every single time!!! I tried to reach their General Manager, a certain "Miguel", but he is never around when you need him. Very terrible service and their practices border on fraudulent. Never will I do business with them again.
