I truly want to express my horrible experience with Nissan of Buena Park, Mr. Hiro Sayama - a scam/ liar Sale Manager - to possibly forewarn others of that unethical dealership. We sent quote to Edmunds' website for a Quest Mini-van and called to get more information and entered into negotiations to buy the car by the Nissan of Buena Park. They were really nice on the phone and held the car for me coming to see. In 08/01/2009, we were greeted by a salesman and his assistant - Ms. Suli. After 2 hrs of negotiation, a fair and reasonable deal was reached among of us. That was $26,900.00 (before rebate of Nissan and “cash for clunker” program) for a Quest Mini-van 3.5S with power seat package. The interested rate is 5.9% for payment term of 60 months with down payment is $4000.00. Right after that, Mr. Hiro demanded us to make down payment and signed for. We refused to sign the receipt until reach the contract. And the problem popped up at Finance office: the sales price was pushed up to $27,390.00 by Mr. Hiro. When we questioned for this raised number, Mr. Hiro Sayama said that it is his final price. I told him that the price in the paper work has to be $26,900 as the final deal. Mr. Hiro did not honor the sales price that was reached among the salesman and us. He tried to do scam/ nasty thing around number to correct for his cheating such as reducing rate of finance, but failed. I told him that I didn’t want to accept any offer after reaching a final deal. Because of failing to cheat on us, Mr. Hiro shut at my face that "No deal, if you don't accept with my offer!”
The fair deal between me and salesman was broken by Mr Hiro Sayama's dishonest. My brother and I left the dealer at about 22:00PM. It was almost 10 hrs at this scam dealer for nothing. When checking on Edmund’s website for service rate of the Nissan of Buena Park I found a lot of complaints for their deceitful and dishonest services to customers.... May this scam is planned a head to cheat customers? Be very careful when dealing with this scam dealer! Make sure the contract was be reviewed carefully before sign any paperwork! Hope that there will be a measure from BBB or other authorized organization to prevent this scam happens to any customers in coming days
