I had an awful experience with this company they mislead, lied and did not honor their aggreement with me. It seemed they would have said anything to get me to sign the deal and then when I did everything they told me went out the window! I was treated like I no longer mattered since I gave them my money. When I questioned the manager as to why they did not do what they agreed upon he basically told me the sales guy and the man who financed me quit the company and it was out of his hands. If you are the Manager you should always honor your employees’ word. They had no interest in solving the problem doing what they said they would and told me the BBB would be of no help to me. I also called later to ask about my car warranty they tried to tell me they had no information about my warranty and when I questioned them further they tried to act like the phone was cutting out but I was on a landline! This leads me to believe the staff is inadequately trained they only care about “closing the deal” are deceitful and dishonest and will do anything to get that Dollar! When researching on the internet I found multiple reviews from ex-coworkers to customers who have had the same problems as I have. DON”T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
