I did my shopping and re-search online so I knew what car I wanted. I contacted Mr. Riley from Buena Park Nissan via e-mail and everything went smooth from there. Mr. Riley explained everything to me in a very understandable way and was helpful. The finance manager that did my contract was also very good. His name is Josh. I had no problems at this dealership, everything was very positive.
