WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered a Halloween costume two and a half weeks prior to Halloween with expedited shipping. (1-3 days and $30 extra). After 4 days passed, I called to find out where it was. I was told it was on BACK ORDER. It NEVER stated this on the website, otherwise I would not have purchased it. The rep on the phone told me to call back when the manager was in. I called back later and was told AGAIN that the manager was unavailable. This new rep told me that he would send me a prepaid postage label through email so when I did receive my package, I could send it back with a full refund. He also said to OPEN the package to make sure it was what I ordered. He also put me through to the manager's voicemail and said he would call me back. When I received it on the 6th day --2 days AFTER my Halloween party)--(so much for 1-3 day shipping I paid for) I still did not receive the prepaid label OR a phone call from the manager. I had to call a THIRD time and the manager told me that since I opened the package he could not send me the prepaid label...EVEN THOUGH the rep a few days earlier TOLD ME TO OPEN IT! He had no explanation for that and just told me that that rep was no longer with the company. Was he really? When I only spoke to him 24 hours prior? He also had no explanation for not returning my phone call. He was also VERY rude and told me there was nothing he could do. Ordering from this company was a HUGE mistake and an even bigger headache.
