We ordered a costume for our daughter 12 days before Halloween, paid for the costume with our visa for 2-3 business day delivery. Not only have we not received our package with only 2 days left before Halloween, but the 800 number on the website is disconnected, I never received a tracking number for the shippment and the number on the BBB website for this company is also disconnected.
Needless to say, we spent money for something we never received and to a complany that obviously should not be taking money anymore if it is not functioning!
