Worst Customer Service Experience ever encountered

This company failed to notify me of an item being out of stock after it allowed me to order the item as "in stock"; and with expedited shipping. upon a lack of shippment notification, i contacted this company to inquire the status only to discover this for myself. I requested a larger but instock item as a substitute and the refused to express ship the item in order to compensate for their customer service's team failure to contact me. instead they gave me 2 options pay for the express shipping myself (an extra $60 on a $60 order)no they would not compensate or else "shop elsewhere". I was MORTIFIED at the attitude of not only the CS agent Joan but also Janelle her supervisor who took the same attitude - don't like it shop somewhere else. And so i did! I wish i had googled this company in advance, apparently my experience with this company seems to be a recurring theme with so many others having a similiar experience and as i see, with the same customer service reps.
