I had a scheduled Appointment today between 10am-11am. The Service tech arrived shortly after 10am. He explained exactly what he would be doing and was very courteous In the process. He questioned me whether I had any particular problem areas and then went about his job. I was very satisfied with the the timeleness of the service and the Tech's professionalism.
