Every experience I've had with Botach has been superb. Shipping is fast, prices are the lowest I can usually find, and they take care of their customers. I recently placed an order for an item and Botach immediately let me know that the item would be on back order for a month or more. That was disappointing, of course, but they gave me the option right away to cancel my order, which I did. This, to me is an example of great customer service when customer service is actually needed.
