I have ordered 8 times this year from Botach and each order was shipped promptly and with the correct items ordered. Most orders were received in 4 days from order, once was 2 days from order, several were 6 days from order. All acceptable in my book.
Yes, in the past there were some issues, but I believe they have overcome those problems and are doing a good job. I have friends who order from Botach, and I belong to several forums whose members have had good things to say about them too.
