Blueprint Furniture has good looking furniture at great prices. They seem to have nearly infinite choices as far as colors, materials, and configurations on their pieces yet they do not have the same flexibility with their policies. In general the staff is friendly, especially when you go in to purchase a piece, but when a problem comes up beware.
My experience started with the excitement that comes with ordering a wonderful piece of furniture for my home and ended with an uncompromising management who refused to adequately compensate for their mistakes.
The look is there, the price is right, but in the end you're better off somewhere else.
