This company gets one star because they were timely with their invoice! Beyond that, they get no stars. The pool business can be supspect to begin with--but, this company is riddled with slick deception. I was sold a brand new heater for $2,000--only to have them CHARGE me to repair a gas leak within a year of installation. This gives new meaning to their promise of "Under Warranty." The greatest deceit is that the BRAND NEW HEATER--wasn't new at all! An outside repair company discovered replacement parts not according to the manufacturer, missing parts, and the date it was manufactured which was not new at all. In addtion, Blue Skies didn't keep their appointments. When they finally did send someone (and he thought no-one was looking) he beat my old avocado tree with a pole in order to haul away some produce! All in a Day's Work, I guess. Thinktwice.
