BlissLights Inc Terrible Customer Service

This company has terrible customer service. My order was placed on 12/03/2014, and as of 2/1/2015, I still have not received! I tried calling the numbers published on their website... emailing and could never get a response. Only after I messaged to their marketing team on their Facebook page did I get an email response on 12/30 with a promise to ship in two weeks – still no product! They certainly wasted no time in charging my credit card $229.00.
