Birch Gold Group is outstanding in every respect. Our team, Nick, Lauren, James and Phillip were knowledgeable, professional and, above all patient. This was our first exposure to precious metal IRAs. James and Phillip took a lot of time to explain how the IRAs work in general and went into great detail explaining the pros and cons of the various precious metal products available. All of our questions were expertly answered and, in the end, we are confident and comfortable with the choices we made. Lauren interfaced with our previous IRA companies and facilitated the transfers. She made the entire process virtually effortless. Nick was our initial and main contact and made sure everything was moving ahead at all times. We could not be happier with our decision to trust Birch Gold Group with this important part of our investment portfolio. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in investing in precious metals. I can’t imagine how our experience could have been any better!
